XpertFlow, a Pakistani startup, receives pre-seed funding

XpertFlow, a Pakistani startup and NIC alumnus, recently received pre-seed funding worth an undisclosed amount. The pre-seed round was led by Expara Asia Ventures (EAV), a Singapore-based Venture Capital fund.

XpertFlow, founded in 2018, is a tech company that is looking to revolutionize the healthcare industry through its innovative deep tech product offerings, which include Nwear, Nostro and Nview. XpertFlow addresses the everyday problems faced in various healthcare areas such as intensive care, high dependency units and emergency by improving the efficiency of such operations, therefore enhancing the quality of patient care provided by hospitals, while also reducing the burden on healthcare infrastructure, through its Artificial Intelligence solutions.

The startup has also developed a model that is AI based, that supplements the prediction of the disease sepsis, which affects millions of patients globally every year. The AI solution can be easily integrated with pre-existing electronic health records (EHRs) using a single API, which ensures that it can be adopted by any hospital due to its efficiency.

The XpertFlow team credits the National Incubation Center (NIC) as a stepping stone for the startup’s success, and believe that securing the pre-seed funding is a major milestone that will contribute towards achieving their vision.
